Instagram renunță la Live Shopping din martie.
🌀 Se nișează TikTok? This might just work.
Un „Da” este suficient dacă vorbim de piețele principale - US, UK, Asia, LATAM (Latin America), Franța - și altul mai târăș-grăpiș așa dacă vorbim la modul general.
Gaming feed
Pentru ambele părți - gaming companies și social media platforms - este un win-win: companiile de gaming câștigă vizibilitate, iar TikTok câștigă atât organic- user base growth și engagements (views, clicks, likes, shares) -, cât și bani din advertising.
Fashion Feed
TikTok s-ar putea să aibă aici un avantaj clar în fața Instagram din moment ce ultima a depus armele pe acest subiect. Încă „putem cumpăra” de pe Instagram, dar TikTok vede 360 povestea - de la platformă la livrarea efectivă a produsului (trust me).
Sports Feed
Meta nu are o viziune integrată asupra acestui domeniu. Adică din online în offline și viceversa, Ci doar online. Plus că visează doar esports - mă rog, gaming (MMO-RPGs).
TikTok (cu sau fără ajutorul CapCut, adică tot ByteDance) creează trenduri prin template-uri și/sau muzică, respectiv este „official entertainment platform” a UEFA & FIFA.
Food Feed
TikTok has the „Pink Sauce”, pe când Instagram nu prea împinge astfel de conținut pe Reels, deci concluzia „la cald” ar fi că TikTok ar putea deveni un player aici.
„Other Feeds”
FYI și Following. Din experiența mea cu platforma, conținutul primeia este determinat de conturile pe care le urmărești and „that’s that”. Dar conținutul este mai decent pe Reels decât pe TikTok - mai boem, melancolic, suav, inspiring. Așa îl caracterizez.
En fin…
TikTok are numai de câștigat-ish din povestea asta dacă:
Va rezolva problema cu US și EU privind protecția datelor utilizatorilor.
Va permite ads fix în acele feed-uri.
Va reuși să răsplătească financiar creatorii de conținut aprox. la nivelul YouTube.
