Probabil că știrea de mai jos nu prea are relevanță pentru niciun social media manager, marketing manager (deci om de la client) sau content creator. Are.
KPIii de ieri
Am avut și mici, și medii, și mari clienți ca social media manager. De la start-up-uri și companii vizibile la nivel global la magazine online mai mici, mai mari.
Problema este că acei clienți mari - compania și magazinul online - voiau reach, impressions, clicks, engagements: cât mai multe like-uri la postări dacă vorbim de companie și clicks pe link-ul din bio din Instagram (pentru că asta a mers) în cazul acelui magazin online.
Puneam aceiași KPIi la final de lună în raport:
x comentarii, x like-uri, x shares, x clicks, x video views.
zero „saves”; aici trebuie lucrat pe partea de content.

Cei menționați de mine mai sus + conținut de tip „how to” sau o postare funny sau un reel sau un tiktok creativ care merită salvat în colecțiile de pe Facebook, Instagram sau TikTok cu scopul de a-l vedea și revedea mai târziu (așa se fac extra views).
